Neighbourhood Developing Careers (NDC) is a community-rooted organization dedicated to empowering Black, Indigenous, newcomer, and marginalized youth and families. Through career-focused programming, mentorship, and hands-on learning, we create pathways from education to meaningful careers in skilled trades and STEM industries. Our programs ignite curiosity, build confidence, and equip the next generation to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
